Handling Capacity
- Adequate open space for pre-assembly of steel structures. Handling capacity of heavy structures above 1500 tons with overall dimensions exceeding (120 meters x 40 meters x 20 meters).
- EOT, Gantry cranes and in-house mobile cranes – (Range up to 160 Ton capacity).
- In-house machining facility – Machining of Slewing bearing connection flanges up to 8 meters diameter – in both vertical & horizontal positions. (Job weight: 100 Tons)
- Our portable line boring machine can handle line boring of heavy jobs in position and ranges up to 700 millimeters diameter at 7 meters distance.
- Capable to deliver the complete machine in fully assembled condition at any weight which reduces the site commissioning time. (Just 950 Meters from the nearest Sea port – Jebel Ali port).
