FACILITY
To accommodate growing demand in the industrial gases, oil
and chemical and energy market segments for specialized
pressure vessels, FABTECH International has completed
a major expansion of its Pressure Vessel business portfolio
in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
With greatly improved plate rolling and dished-end manufacturing
capability, the recently completed fabrication facility
distinguishes FABTECH as a world-class manufacturer of
pressure vessels for virtually every pressurized containment
and processing application.
PRODUCTION
The pressure vessel division is equipped with fully automated CNC cutting, rolling,
dishing and machining facilities in additional to the in-house heat treatment
furnace for annealing, normalizing, tempering and stress reliving.
WELDING
Our welding operations are automated in line with the latest
technology advancement comprising experienced coded
welders of SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SMAW with different
grades of materials including ferrous & nonferrous,
stainless steels and clad steels. The electrodes selection,
holding, baking and issue are fully controlled at every
stage.
QUALITY ASSURANCE CONTROL
Fabtech has a full fledged quality assurance and control
department and is accredited with ASME, National Board,
ISO and API requirements. Fabtech is pre-qualified with
most of the oil field clients and is recognized by various
third party certification / inspection agencies. We also
carryout hardness tests, thickness tests, UT check, micro/macro
examination and various NDT activities.
VESSEL REPAIR, ALTERATION,
RERATING & RECERTIFICATION
FABTECH has the experience, equipment and capability to
repair pressure vessels/equipments to ASME / National
Board requirements. Fabtech is also offering consultancy
services for recertification of various pressure equipments.
All
pressure vessels in the FABTECH portfolio are manufactured
to the highest quality standards and comply with applicable
